Break down myths and improve perceptions about careers in teaching to ultimately attract more people into the profession.

Stray from the traditional view of teaching with a more modern perspective, showing the breadth of opportunities that come with a career in teaching.
Solution
The multi-channel campaign featured a vibrant, engaging 30-second TVC and social cutdowns, spanning across BVOD, YouTube, OOH, Meta, TikTok, SnapChat and Print. We showcased the value of a teaching career through real world scenarios delivered by public school students. Our creative approach gave a fresh, unexpected and memorable way to list the benefits of teaching and highlight how meaningful a teaching career can be. We also completed the rebrand for Teach the Future with logo development, new colour palette, fonts, brand assets and guidelines.
Campaign status: We are currently in the campaign planning and pre-production stages of a second phase of the Teach The Future campaign, focusing on student anecdotes and organic social media content.
