Sarah founded Assemble almost a decade ago on a simple belief: the best communications come from the right collaboration, not the biggest team.

Based on Victoria's Surf Coast, Sarah built Assemble around a small core team supported by a trusted network of strategists, creatives and producers — brought together for each project, built around the work.

 

It's a model that stays agile without sacrificing scale, and delivers behaviour-change campaigns for government and community organisations without the overheads of a traditional agency.
